We have pretty much everything we need to live happily ever after, so the greatest gift you can give us is your presence in our lives. In lieu of a traditional registry, we ask that you give a donation to one of the following non-profits that we feel are making the world better:

Hopalong Animal Rescue - A wonderful, well-run animal shelter and foster network in the Bay Area.

Friends of the Oakland Public Library - Neither of us works in a library, but we met in library school and are huge library nerds. The OPL, in particular, does an amazing job serving the diverse needs of Oakland residents.

RIP Medical Debt - This organization buys people’s medical debt for very cheap, and then forgives it. Until the US gets a health care system that can take care of people without throwing them into debt, this is how we help.

Homeless Action Center - Provides much-needed legal representation to the homeless community in the Bay Area.
If you’d prefer to give us something, you can contribute to our honeymoon fund. We’ve planned out a trip to Norway, but we might have to change it up depending on shifting travel restrictions. Wherever we end up, we’ll be grateful for the contributions we get from friends and family!
